1. Booking & Confirmation
- All tour bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Final confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change due to seasonal demand, availability, fuel costs, or government regulations.
- Any increase in taxes, permit fees, or service charges will be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and service providers involved.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation, bank, or service charges.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Musk Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes will be payable by the customer.
5. Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and required permits.
- Musk Travel is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid or missing documents.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by guides or authorities.
- Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
- Musk Travel is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Musk Travel acts only as a travel facilitator between clients and service providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Accommodation & Transport
- Hotels and transport are provided as per package or equivalent alternatives, subject to availability.
- Room allocation is governed by hotel policies, and early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
9. Force Majeure
- Musk Travel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or political disturbances.
10. Website Usage
- All content on this website is the property of Musk Travel and may not be copied or used without permission.
- Misuse of website content or services may result in legal action.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
