Musk Travel – Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your tour package with Musk Travel, an advance payment (deposit) is required at the time of booking. Your booking is considered confirmed only after we receive this advance payment.
2. Advance Deposit
- A minimum 30% of the total tour cost must be paid as a deposit to secure your reservation.
- For peak season travel, special events, or holiday dates, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
3. Balance Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 15–30 days before your departure date (exact timing may vary based on the itinerary and season).
- If payment deadlines are not met, your booking may be cancelled automatically, and the advance payment may be forfeited.
4. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via:
- Online Payment Gateway: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Bank Transfer: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- Cash or Cheque (if applicable and agreed prior to booking)
Note: Any bank charges, transaction fees, or gateway fees are to be borne by the customer.
5. Payment Terms for Special Services
- Air tickets and peak season hotel reservations often require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
- Some services (e.g., special train journeys or exclusive bookings) may require earlier or full payment as specified in your quotation.
6. Refunds & Documentation
- All payments must be accompanied by transaction details (payment reference, date, and payer name).
- Refunds, if applicable (per our Cancellation Policy), will be processed through the original payment method only.
- Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
7. Important Notes
- Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation without refund of the advance.
- Musk Travel reserves the right to update or modify payment deadlines based on service providers or peak travel circumstances.
